How do I stop sharing my data or revoke a consent?
View, manage, or stop your data sharing at any time using Fiskil's Consumer Dashboard.
When you connected your bank or energy account to an app, you gave permission (a "consent") for certain data to be shared. You can view or stop that sharing whenever you like — it only takes a couple of minutes.
Stop sharing using the Consumer Dashboard
- Sign in to the Consumer Dashboard. You'll enter your email address and we'll send you a sign-in link — no password needed.
- Open the Consents section.
- Select a consent to see its details — which app it's for, what data is shared, and the dates.
- To stop sharing, choose Revoke on that consent and confirm.
That's it. Data sharing for that consent stops straight away.
The connected app may stop working
If the app or service relies on your shared data, it may be limited or stop working once you revoke the consent. If you only want to cancel a subscription, see Cancelling the app or service you connected.
What happens after you revoke
- No more data is shared under that consent, effective immediately.
- Revoking doesn't automatically erase data that was already shared before you revoked. If you'd like that data deleted too, see How do I delete my data from Fiskil?
- If you change your mind later, you can set up sharing again from the app — see Renewing or re-creating a consent.
Prefer not to use the dashboard?
Email support@fiskil.com from the email address you used when connecting, tell us which app or service the consent is for, and we'll revoke it for you.
Fiskil is an accredited, regulated provider under the Australian Government's Consumer Data Right (CDR) — being able to stop sharing at any time is one of your rights under that system.
